This heavy-duty cheese plane with a stainless steel cutting blade is turned from coco bolo, walnut, dyed veneer, and canarywood. The handle is finished with multiple coats of durable Danish oil, which produces a low-luster semi-gloss finish that repels smudges and fingerprints.

The cheese plane mechanism is solid stainless steel with a satin luster finish. It’s surprisingly heavy (and sharp, too).

Use and Care Instructions:  Do not put the cheese plane in the dishwasher or allow it to soak in a sink.  Hand wash. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
