Lucky 7 Dizzy Bowl
“Lucky 7″ is bowl of the type known as a Dizzy Bowl. Dizzy Bowls are segmented bowls that are constructed from a series of rings, each containing an increasing number of pieces of wood. Careful positioning of each ring produces the pattern that appears in the finished bowl.
The name comes from the seven colorful layers used to construct the bowl. It is finished with multiple coats of durable Danish oil, waxed and buffed to a low-gloss sheen.
Woods Used: Wenge, walnut, cherry, maple, and SpectraPly (formed from layers of pigmented birch veneer that are laminated into a board or block). The top rim is wenge.
Dimensions: 10-3/4″ top diameter, 4″ tall, 3” diameter at the base.
Use and Care Instructions: Dust and fingerprints can be removed with a soft cloth. Do not use the bowl to contain anything that retains moisture.
