Trinket Box - Alaska Birch

This trinket box is turned from a solid piece of Alaska birch harvested in Homer, Alaska and measures 4″ wide by 3″ tall. The 2-1/4″ lid, crafted from solid pewter with an enamel inlay embellished with faux gemstones and pearls, rests securely in a recessed rim in the top of the box.
The pewter lid is constructed so that the box could easily be used as a potpourri bowl.
The box is finished with multiple coats of durable Danish oil finish, buffed and waxed to a satin sheen.
Use and Care Instructions: Dust and fingerprints can be removed with a soft cloth. Do not immerse the box in water.
