Our Shipping Policy:
We work hard to keep our shipping costs low. Whenever possible, we use U.S. Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes. Our shipping charges include insurance on the contents and package tracking for items shipped to domestic destinations (within the U.S.).
If you are interested in purchasing an item to be shipped internationally, please contact us by phone at 907-299-8359 or through the contact form. We will research shipping options and let you know what the additional shipping cost would be.
Can You Combine Items in One Box to Save on Shipping?
Absolutely! We don’t want you to pay more for shipping than you need to. Each item added to your cart adds an additional shipping fee, but we will refund the excess amount at the time we package up your order and determine what the exact shipping cost will be. How Do I Return An Item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ted’s Woodshop purchase. All claims must be made within 10 days. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact us for more information on returning an item.
What if My Shipment Was Damaged?
If you receive an item that is damaged, or find that something is missing from a damaged shipping box, please hang onto the contents you received and all the original packing materials until your insurance claim is settled. Please contact us to let us know, and we will begin the insurance claims process.
