Turned from cocobolo, the handles are coated with numerous coats of durable Danish oil, buffed and polished to a soft sheen.

Knife, which is serrated on one side only, is 14″ overall and has a 4″ handle. Server is 12″ overall with a 4″ handle.

Use and Care Instructions:  Hand wash with mild soap or dishwashing detergent.  Dry with a soft cloth.  Do not put in a dishwasher or allow the set to soak in a sink.  Avoid using abrasive cleaners on the handles or stainless blades.
