This premium pepper mill is turned from dyed white ash, which Ted pigmented with an analine dye. Ash is a domestic hardwood from the eastern part of North America. Often associated with baseball bats, it is also commonly used for tool handles, flooring, and millwork.

The mill is finished with many coats of gloss polyurethane, which produces a mirror-like luster.

The premium-grade grinding mechanism is designed to last a lifetime but can be replaced if ever needed.

To fill the pepper mill, unscrew the top and separate the upper and lower sections. To adjust the coarseness of the grind, turn the top screw.

Use and Care Instructions: Fingerprints and smudges can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Dry with a soft towel. Do not immerse the mill in water, and please keep it away from sources of high heat.
