The salt shaker is turned from maple and has a white ring on its cap for easy identification.  The threaded salt cap has three holes.

The pepper shaker is turned from walnut and has a black ring on its cap.  The threaded pepper cap has six holes.

The set is finished with multiple coats of durable Danish oil, waxed and buffed to a satin luster.
