Jatoba Seam Ripper
This custom-turned seam ripper is made from Jatoba, also known as Brazilian Cherry. It has a sharp, smooth cutting blade and comes with a plastic tube for safe storage. Overall length is 5-3/4″.
This functional tool has a tapered handle for easy gripping and would make an excellent gift for quilters, seamstresses, and crafters. The flat side of the blade is particularly useful for removing basting threads.
Seam ripper blades come in two sizes, large and small. This seam ripper has the smaller blade.
The handle, turned from a solid piece of wood, is protected by multiple coats of durable Danish Oil finish, waxed and buffed to a satin sheen.
