The three-dimensional “Tumbling Blocks” effect in this 5″ diameter ornament is one that is familiar to quilters.  Also known as “Baby Blocks” the pattern is formed by careful cutting and positioning of three different woods in light, medium, and dark color values.  Ted used walnut, cherry, and maple to create this heirloom ornament that would be equally at home on a Christmas tree or on display in your home throughout the year.

The flat ornament is about 1/16″ of an inch thick and is protected by multiple coats of durable Danish oil finish with several coats of spray-on gloss finish to add a little shine and extra protection against fingerprints.

The ornament comes with a red ribbon hanger.
